[Resolved] Yepme.com — voucher invalid | |||
I received a voucher worth rs.4000, from gyftr.com. It was applied during check-out and then there was error on payment page. The website prompted me to return to my shopping cart. The voucher was not applied this time and when i entered it again, it said invalid. The checkout and order was not placed. Complained over 24hrs ago, no response. Complaint number 3056704. Customer care not responding. Looks like 4000rs was wasted. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint was resolved through Consumer Complaints. The customer care did not contact me through SMS or email. They simply posted a comment on the consumer complaints page and re-activated my voucher. Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
