Yepme.com — Wrong Product delivered 2 times - No refund | |||
I had order a saree from the yepme site for 299/- on 14th Feb(Item Code: 31054). The site described the details of the saree and the picture. By looking on this product i had confirmed the order and made the payment. But I received a completely wrong product. As per their policy i had to return the wrong delivered product on my cost. Which I did with a complaint registered formally(#573274). The complaint was acknowledged and I was assured that the correct product would be sent after proper verification before dispatch. But again I had received the same wrong product (which I had received in the first delivery). On questing the repeated error, the yepme team says that as per their policy I will have to again send the wrong product to them on my cost for a refund, when I asked why they are not able to give me the correct product which I had order viewing their website, they replied there is a catalog error and could not delivery the correct product. I had already wasted 200/- on returning the wrong product and number of phone calls on this issue. The team is not ready to explain the negligence on their part and refund my full money. This is my initial complaint from this forum. I would appreciate if this is taken seriously and satisfactorily resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
