[Resolved] Yepme.com — yepme no response on my ordered material

My ordered id is : 33903000. I have ordered total 10 products on 30 sept 2017 and got order confirmation also that order has placed successfully. The worry is, till date not recd any call from yepme, not recd any dispatch details. We have checked with the help of tracker but status is showing pending for confirmation. Tried to call everyday on customer care number but no one has picked up the call and this call i am doing daily. Is it really the customer care number?? Is this the way to care the customer??
