[Resolved] Yepme.com — yepme policy: do not respond, customer will also forget | |||
In continuation to my complaint on 27.04.2017, 10.05.2017, 25.06.2017, 13.07.2017 and 15.09.2017 on this forum, i had requested the replacement of shoes for size 10. After much persuasion, complaints, the shoes were # up from my place on 17.05.2017. But i am yet to receive the replacement. On top of it, the complaints lodged by me on this forum show the status as : resolved. It seems that yepme feels that if they do not respond, the customer will also forget and they can continue to cheat the customers. But it is not like that and in the process they are also losing a lot of customers even though they supply a good quality product. I no more demand the shoes. Please refund me my money.
