I would want to congratulate you for maintaining such a pathetic team of Customer Service and Accounts team, who are ensuring that the companies shipment delivery charges (which are shown free to customer) are recovered by the telecom charges of call to CS team & interest earned by delaying the refund due to customers.
The refund against this order 4076728 is pending since last 1.5 months now. About 5 emails, more than 10 calls have been done to your service team. Every time either we are asked to reach an alternate channel or excuses of technical issue in refund is given. The floor supervisor at your call center is busier than the MD of the company and cannot come on call for over 25 mins.
So, now unwillingly I am forced to take this matter up in all social medium and consumer forums as it is a mental harrassment to be waiting on a call for an update on my own money. Was this information helpful? |
