[Resolved] Yepme — not shipped product and given fake courier no and name

Had ordered shoes from yepme.com on 21/8/2018 and paid for it through credit card. Till today its not been shipped. I tried to see the status of the order in their app and website but it's showing ready for dispatch and courier tracking number and name is also given which is fake. Because i contacted the courier partner and they told me that the tracking number is fake. I tried to contact yepme over phone but no one is picking it up. I mailed them but no reply from their side.
Their app is also not working and website is also not. I tried to cancel the order but its not happening.
They have cheated and my hard earned money is also gone.

Kindly take proper action.
