[Resolved]  Yepme — poor customer services

I have done a online shopping from Yepme, com on 20.12.13 order no 4591972 i have place a request for refund on 25.12.13 because the order is not deliver to me & return back to yepme they have well received the product on 02.01.14 but form the 25.12.13 i have received same below message, i have call so many time to their cs also but the same answer is always same please call in 2 days i suggest not to shop with yepme. "This is with reference to the complaint id “494521”. We would like to inform you that we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. In case your complaint is not resolved in next 48 hours, feel free to contact us at[protected] between 9 AM to 9PM (7 days a week). Assuring you of our best services always! Warm Regards, Customer Support Team XII Yepme.com"

My question is why you are take that much time to refund the customer payment ? is it go very negative against your company & customer is fear to do the shopping from yepme.com, I suggest u please make the things easy & customer friendly for long term relation.other wise u will not success in market for long term also please upgrade your customer services department.

What should i do you suggest me ?

I and my 5 friends thought to book the shoes in yepme but after reading so many complaints on yepme we took back our decision. In most of the cases the yepme never promised to give the refund it is only saying "we esclated the complaint and the problem will be resolved" but i hope that resolving did not come to an end till now for those who complaints. To some of the complaints it ever cared to reply. This shows the pathetic way of working. thank god in the last moment we stopped our booking.

Mr. Sanjeev post in FB, twitter and so on also how you got cheated by YEPME so that you can put more pressure on these cheats

I had taken watch from yepme but it is not working

delivery wrong product

I have booked yepme silver & smoke sun glasses in yepme. But product delivery is wrong one instead of silver & smoke sun glass you delivery some other glass. So kindly replace correct one. Hope you do needful to me at earliest.

marketing sms on my cell

stop the marketing sms of yepme on my cell phone its biggest disterbance for me dear ..

item is returned but my money is not refunded.

Cancellation Of order

I wish to cancel my order no.10679802. As the size of that particular product is chosen wrongly.
