[Resolved] Yepme — Refund not given after 1 month of purchase | |||||
I ordered the 2-pair of shoe from yepme and payment is paid advance to yepme on dt 10/05/2016. But the company delivered only 1 pair of shoe and said the other shoe is not in our stock. Then why the company book the 2-pair if it didn't had the product. Then i ask to company for other pair of shoe then representative told me that we will generate your refund on 16/05/2016 But till now i have not received refund yet. I talked to customer care today and again he said it will take 4-5 days more. Please resolve my problem and get back my refund from yepme. My order no. Is order id:[protected]/10/2016 12:55:00 pm).
