On 22th February, I ordered one product from yepme which order number is 12276210 but I received wrong product...i complained which complaint no is 1451698 and then that wrong product placed to yepme through speed post on 14th march...and it was successfully received by yepme on 20th march...but i didn't even get my money back in my given bank account...i tried many times to make a call to yepme customer care no([protected]).but never chat with refund and cash related call handers..it's always notify busy with another customer..Then i 3 or 4 times called to ordering handler customer care for calling me back by refunding handlers customer care but never called me back by refunding calls handlers...my contact no. is [protected]...help me please!

I received 3 messages from yepme which is following :
1. Dear Customer, We have received your product for complaint of your order 12276210. After quality check, refund will be processed in 14 days.
(On 20th march, 8:31 pm)
2. Dear Customer, Refund for your complaint 1451698 has been initiated and will be processed post internal verification. We will update you once resolved.
(On 24th march, 5:32 pm)
3. Dear Customer, Refund for your complaint 1451698 has been initiated and will be processed post internal verification. We will update you once resolved.
