Sir, I purchased hand wrist watch on 31/12/16 in Yepme website Rs.738 and i received jan 7 2017. Watch quality issue so i send to yepme on 14/01/2017 Received 18/01/2017 successfully then i received confirmation mail on 18/01/2017 but still now Not get refund amount but say action shortly...i attached some document of verification... every time say: Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is with reference to your concern regarding refund of order number[protected]. We would like to inform you that we have forwarded this concern to our concerned department. We wish to assure you that we are working upon your concern on priority basis. Once, we receive an update over the same we shall inform you accordingly.
