I had purchased and returned the product for refund 50 days back, I returned the product back on 16th May and on May 20, 2016 I got this below reply,
Dear Customer,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
This is with reference to your concern regarding refund of order number[protected].
This is to inform you that we have receive your return product and quality check is validated and we will process your refund in next 14 to 21 days.
And now even It took more than 50 days without any proper response I call their customer support twice and on both occasions they apologised and promise to refund in 4-5 days but of no use.
This is the worst response I have ever had from an online retailer. Give fake promises and assuring timely response.
