[Resolved] Yepme.com — my order got cancelled automatically

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a watch on july 28th 2017. I paid 1118/- using my debit card and i immediately got the message with the order id i have not received any order and today when i checked the app the order was not present and k didn't receive any refund. I have shopped at yepme for quite a long time. I've never faced this issue. I am very disappointed with yepme. Fix this issue immediately. Re order the items or get me my refund back.

Sir may i requested yepme is always time cheating me i buy one watch on yepme amount is 498 payment is completed on net banking through then order is reject and may payment is also lose there is no refund me then i buy these product on 23-july-2017, 08:45 pm sir please respond me my request soon now i waitng always time.

I have done two transactions on 06/06/2017 and 07/06/2017 respectively. Both transactions got failed . Till now i have not received my payment back. I tried to call so many times but no body is picking the call.

Translation amounts are 419 and 339

I've made my order and paid in advance. It's been more than 25 days, my order has cancelled by Yepme! no refund so far!!!

If try contacting customer care, no response at all! been on hold, more than 30 mins!! worst support everrrrr!
