[Resolved] Yepme.com — non refund of money and no return of another order

I have requested for refund on order id:33688763 and order id : 33828583.
They have taken back the product and have not yet returned my money.
They are not even responding to call as well as mail.

The customer care phone number is never answered by anyone, it is always on music.

I am feeling cheated of rs 1500, and there is no one who can help on this issue.
The company does not provide any email ids to execute any complaints whatsoever.

I have written the below email to the company and am awaiting a reply.

As per the discussion on "https://www.consumercomplaints.in", this is with reference to the above 2 orders placed with Yepme in the last 4 months.

1. For Order number : 33688763 was returned back on 23rd May and I was informed that the refund would be processed back to my credit card in 14 to 21 days. It has been more than 3 months, and refund has not been received.

2. For order number : 33828583, this was delivered on 18th Aug, and the status still shows Dispatched, . I needed to return this product due to sizing issues, and hence I have speed posted this product to the address mentioned on the YEPME APP; which is K-618, Rangpuri Ext, Block A, Near Tata Telco Service Station, Delhi - 110037, via docket number : EU[protected]IN, which was not accepted by the vendor/company. (status: Item delivery attempted Unclaimed)
Please let me know what needs to be done to return this product and claim refund. The customer care numbers are not answered and the status page still shows dispatched, and thus return cannot be initiated.

I hope these queries are answered as soon as possible
