[Resolved] Yepme.com — order cancelled — refund not initiated — unresponsive customer care

I have placed a order of two watches with the order id: 33783632 on july 5th 2017. But the order was cancelled by the merchant. Till dare[protected] i did not get the refund for the same. Also tried to call customer care several times. The customer care is unreponsive. I called several times, and being on call for 50 mins, still none of the executive could answer my call. I need the refund status of the above order id.

No is response for my complaint from YEPme. AS commented by yepme Team, I have sent a mail to "firstname.lastname@example.org" but there is no reply or a response for the mail.
