My order id 34101878.

I ordered a track pant from yepme.com on 02nd october 2018 and made payment online immediately, till today there is no any updates from yepme regarding my order.

I tried to cancel my order in yepme app but unable to cancel my order.
So i drafted a mail and sent to [protected]@yepme. Biz, [protected]@yepme.com & customer. [protected]@yepme.com, all 3 mails id's are not working and mails are returning back.

I raised complaint in yepme app with complaint no. 3073437 there is no response regarding my complaint also.

Finally decided to speak customer care dept, but one of worst customer care, no one will be there to pick the call even if you are in que for more then 30 minues.

Please sort out the issue.

Updated by [email protected] I tried complain again from web site, i use get below given message and as per below message tried below given customer care no but no use, same problem nobody will be there to pick the call.

Please suggest me anybody how to resolve the issue.

Dear Customer, You can not enter an online complaint for this order as you have exceeded the permissible time limit for adding online complaint. Please contact our cutomer care[protected] for further assistance."

request to buyers, if you want buy from yepme, please do not make online payment, prefer for cod.
yepme is no 1 cheater company.

I am ordered product from yepme on 20 July 2018 payment also done from card but till product cannot be delivered and I can't cancel product as well order number 34087881 please resolve this issue quickly make faith on customer not fraud.
