[Resolved] Yepme.com — Product is not working properly

I have ordered a watch from yep me.com. After receiving my order i have noticed that it is partially defective. It does not show the time correctly. Even it became stop several times a day. And there are not any servicing center for this product in my locality. I have tried to contact customer care over telephone but the representative has not enough time to write down my order id or my complain. Again i have tried to submit online complain by filling a form provided by the website. But again i am failed to submit my complain. I do not know how replace the product.

Updated by rajkhaled Yepme is a fraud company. I have returned the product as per policies of Yepme. But Yepme has returned my packet without reading the letter inside the product along with the same product. even Yepme has refuse to accept my packet I have sent to them as their policies.
