I place an order of a pair of shoes my order id is 34085616 when i check my product status it shows your product pending for dispach my order date is sunday 8th of july 2018 and now todays date is tuesday 4th of september i have already payment via debit card my payment is send to you succesful but still my product is not delivered i dont have refund but yepme give me my product thank you
