[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund not initiated | |||||
I had order polo t shirts from yepme.com during placing order. I had done online payment but my order was declined and but the money has been debited from my account.. It's been 9 days my refund has not been initiated for the order no 33545593. The order has been canceled but the amount has been deducted from account and than i registered the complain on your helpline no 2972828 but still till date i didn't receive any response only i received the mail that your money will be transferred in 7 days (Copy attached) and today is 10th day still waiting. Even though i tried calling their helpline no still it take too long to connect and its paid and always remain busy. So kindly provide me the response.
