Yes Bank — Annual Charges on card

I received a call from the Yes bank credit card seller stating will get credit card free of cost ie no annual charges / joining fees
MY KYC was done over the call by praveen Singh and Saeed [protected] was the Lead handling my KYC
However i have received a bill with annual charges on it
I called customer care at [protected] and spoke to Sandhya pathak and informed her about my issue
