Levy of latapayment charges

Yes bank does a dirty trick of withholding the cheques for payments of credit card bills for 4 -5 days, especially high value payments and levy late payment charges and GST. Thus in a year they recover the annual fee.
Their e mail complaint IDs are either "no reply" or not attended mail boxes.

When complained they give evasive and irrlevant reply....

I am using Yes Bank credit card. I have taken Finbooster Credit card. After 3 month, yes bank issues me a rupee card which was upi enabled but the Limit of both card is shared and of 57000 only. Yes bank started generating separate statement however the limit was shared (57000). They have started charging Finance charge, late payment charge on each statement which lead the financial burden. I tried to contact them by mails but did not get the satisfactory response, Now I am getting threating calls from yes bank.

    Do not ever Apply for their CREDIT CARDS- THE minute you delay a payment they will send an OLD REPRESENTATIVE to Harass you at YOUR DOOR STEP! also they will purposely send someone 3 days before your DUE date just to torture your family. PLS DONT OPT FOR THEIR CREDIT CARDS! I am a MUMBAI resident.

      My self-Anil J, I got a message from WhatsApp regarding the online job. Then I started conversation with them. And same has been started the conversation via telegram with someone else. And they given multiple subscription tasks in YouTube channel. And i proceed with them. And they asked me to pay the amount of 59990/- and i paid that much of amount. And they asked me to pay much more amount of 99898. So, i thought they tried to fraud me. And immediately I lodge a complaint against the fraudster in April 4th, 2023. And the Acknowledgement Number is: [protected] and same has been registered with FIR Number: 447/2023. And I got an update from Court order also. Please find the below are the fraudster account details:

        Hello,

        I booked 4 NRE-FD with Yes Bank (cust ID 2095621) during Sept/Oct 2023 for a tenure of 2-3 years @ 7.75% interest arte. The FDs were booked online and there was no issue. On 30th Dec-2023, the bank sends an email that their system was not updated reflecting a downwards revised interest rate of 7.25% and hence claims that they will need to reduce the interest rate to 7.25% resulting in a loss to me. The quote some RBI mandate, etc.

        It is very strange that the bank can do such a think, make an error (as they say) and penalise the innocent customer! Does the RBI have no regulation to penalise such a bank and reward the customer? Why should I be slapped a penalty of lower rate after 3 months for something that the bank mis represented in the first place??

        I have already raised the issue with the bank, but today, i.e. 31st Dec, the bank has already sent me the revised FDs with the lower 7.25% rate!

        On another note, is there any concern with Yes Bank as it had been some 3-4 years back??

          i transferred Rupees 12, 000 money to wrong YES bank customer account. within 24 hours i Raised complaint through SBI and SBI told me to wait for 35 day's.

            With reference to Cr No 0294/2023 filed under Bellanduru PS, Bengaluru against accused RAJENDRA METAL holding account in YES BANK(A/C No [protected]), I was a victim of Cyber Fraud by account holder of YES BANK on 04/08/2023 of amount INR 3, 89, 300. The transactions were made from my HDFC, KOTAK MAHINDRA, CITIBANK and SBI accounts of INR 97, 325 each (INR 97, 325 X 4 =INR 3, 89, 300). I immediately lodged FIR as cited above and Cyber Complaint as well (copy attached). I also rasised complaints immediately with my own banks who in turn raised chargeback requests with YES BANK. The account was freezed by the police and amount INR1, 45, 000 only could be recovered through court order.
            For the remaining amount I tried to reach out to my own banks but they held YES BANK as solely responsible for this as chargeback requests were rejected by YES BANK.
            Respected Sir, I have lost my entire life savings because of a fraudster who held account in YES BANK.
            I would like to point out that
            a) There should have been better due diligence on part of the bank before allowing such criminals to open account in their bank
            b) Such high volume of transaction should have been flagged or caught by the internal risk management system of the bank.

            It is appalling as to the large volume of cases where criminals are making use of the ease of opening current account in YES BANK to defraud innocent citizens whose life is destroyed. I have a cancer patient at home to take care of and I have lost my life savings to this fraud, it is my sincere appeal to the Ombudsman to kindly arrange compensation from YES BANK with regards the matter for the rest of the amount lost (2, 44, 300). So far responses from YES BANK have been completely customary and most likely automated wherein they have just asked to check with law enforcement authorities and my banks. YES BANK is equally responsible since the fraud happened through the accused account in their bank.
            Looking forward to an amicable resolution and adequate compensation in this regard.

              I choose Yes Bank Byoc credit Card in Apr 23. But while providing information regarding the Yes Bank Byoc credit card the concern person having mobile no. [protected] told me that it's life time free card. To make more customers he given wrong information about the same.                 Car loan charges

                I had a car loan with yes bank since may 2022 for my maruti suzuki ignis. They have cut many charges from my account in name of emi bounce charges, and now when I am trying to close the car loan they are forcing to pay 35000 extra foreclosure charges which is not acceptable. Iam unable to pay that much extra bank charges since I sold out my car due to family problem....
