Sir/madam, We have an Auto Loan with yes bank under name of MR. Tirathsingh Dhakare, my first EMI was bounce on 15 April 2021. Next day on 16 April 2021 we sent a person with RTGS of EMI amount and bounce charges 885/- for payment. We were guided by bank that we would automatically debit the account on 30th as second auto debit. After that day I’m getting daily 30-40 calls for repayment from several numbers as Third party collection team. The behaviour of your collection team is very rude. I am frustrated of your collection calls and even request you to stop this immediately or else send your representatives at my office we will for close the auto loan it self. In this pandemic when our family member is been admitted at hospital and our Nashik city is under strict lockdown we don’t need to deal with YES BANK, we’re the bank collection people don’t understand customer situations. We have money which u can take, we also went to bank for payment STILL DAILY CALLS FROM COLLECTION DEPARTMENT WHY...???? WE THEN HAVE LEFT WITH NO OPTIONS THEN TO LEAVE ALL ACCOUNTS FROM YES BANK OR TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION OR COMPLAIN SOMEWHERE.
