I had taken a membership to use parlour services at YLG Salon. However, due to COVID-19 couldn't use the services much. Though the salon extended the services by 6 months, still since the pandemic continued wasn't comfortable visiting parlours. Due to this the membership with a balance of INR 21951 expired and am unable to use the services. I did try using the services during the pandemic, however, wasn't satisfied with the measures adopted at the parlour. Hence, didn't continue going to the parlour or even using their home-based services. Was this information helpful? |
