I just got my streaks done and when I went to pay the bill they asked me to pay money even for the hair wash..
I told them that it has to be mandatory because I can't go on the road with foil all over my head .. they replied saying they wasted shampoo and conditioner on my hair so i had to pay for it.
Idk what rule is this ... They are just looting money from common public......

I was informed by ylg basaveshwarnaragr that hair cut cost 1061 and trimming cost 700.. I got the trimming done and they took 1061 from me..they told that hair wash and blow dry was not included in trimming, which they dint inform me earlier. Also, these two are always part of any hair services..such kind of cheating is not expected from YLG. Please refund my amount...

I had taken a membership to use parlour services at YLG Salon. However, due to COVID-19 couldn't use the services much. Though the salon extended the services by 6 months, still since the pandemic continued wasn't comfortable visiting parlours. Due to this the membership with a balance of INR 21951 expired and am unable to use the services. I did try using the services during the pandemic, however, wasn't satisfied with the measures adopted...

YLG waxing service resulted in a lot of pain, incomplete waxing and Burn Scars.

I Went for a waxing on 29 March to YLG Gopalan Mall Bangalore, I opted for a Waxing service, As YLG claims painless waxing service, this waxing for me ended up with Burn Scars.
As beautician didn't have the knowledge about the temperature of wax supposed to be used on skin which burnt my skin and left with scars....

I went to ylg to get my hair setting done. I was suggested by their service gal to get tong curls done. I did tell her that do the setting only if it would last for 2 days. I was told by her that it would last untill next wash. But it din last for even two hours. I have got this done in normal parlours and it stayed for more than 3 days, in ylg it was water of time and money and energy as well. I was charged 250 for hair wash and 600 for...
