I have been going to ylg hsr 27th main salon for quite some time now. When i called the branch to get my card's expiry date they said no card is linked to my mobile number (And i have only had 1 mobile number for years now). I later found out that my card expired on 16th sept 2019 with an amount of rs.9851/-. What is the solution for this? You can't just say that you lose close to 10, 000 because your card expired. Rs.10, 000 is a huge amount. If someone with that much amount on their card is expiring, it is the salon's responsibility to call and remind the customer. But how would they when they don't have their data right. According to them, i bought my last beauty card in 2017. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have a YLG membership card which is expiring by the end of this month. Due to this pandemic, i have been stuck at my hometown since February 2020, the situation is still not normal hence as precautionary purposes, i still can’t travel to bangalore for atleast another couple of months. I have close to 8000 balance in my card untouched and can’t be utilized meanwhile, I requested the salon to extend the validity since it’s out of our hands to avail any services from here (north india) since there are no ylg branches. I urge for a validity extension. I have not heard anything from YLG on this.
