No response or ack on products ordered

Hi Team,

I had ordered loreal absolute repair shampoo and mask from their website on 3rd June. Payment was successful too but there is no acknowledgement or any update on the order. I have attached mail chain for reference. Despite of sending multiple mails to them there is no response, when I tried to contact them through the call they said drop an email again they will respond. But there is no response from YLG team. The front desk lady dont know to handle the clients

This is to bring to your notice that the RT nagar YLG is a place where I used to come from years. This time I got my mother . The lady who sits in the front desk has no patience. She just stresses the staff who does services and at the end the service is affected . We had to switch between pedicure and hair wash . My mother had to fall due to urgency . I am very disappointed. She needs to improve how to handle clients...

I had booked an appointment with Ylg Yelhanka for hair services and informed that I will visit around 0130 pm to 02pm.
The lady who picked the call had actually took as 12 45 pm. Despite take wrong information she was blaming me that I came late and hence she can’t provide the service .

She didn’t offer me anything while I left the place so the frustration as it was urgent was me and left to another salon.

This is first time bad and poor experience from Ylg. I was customer of ylg since 7 to 10 years and a beauty secret card holder. I never had this experience. Previously, if I were late, they used to call and confirm if they had to engage another customer …..

Which was not the case this time. She called me after 25 mins when was taking services from other salon which was not necessary.

Though I had enough amount in my card … I had to go to another salon to get the service done becoz of her poor treatment.

I do not have any problem with Yogesh from YLG who always gave me the best customer service until now …. I always prefer him for my hair services from Ylg . He is very kind.

    I had opted for a YLG card with a preloaded balance with 6 months expiration in December to avails services mentioned in their website, mobile app and salon services card.

    In the middle of the 6 months period, all of their premium raw material has become out of stock and I’m not able to avail the services for which I had opted for their membership card.

    They cannot keep the customer uninformed or deny service once the customer has already paid them the amount. If they would’ve communicated this before, I wouldn’t have loaded the prepaid card itself.

    Would like YLG to refund the money back or extend the expiration accounting for this entire duration where their raw material is not available.

      Took service for hair root touch up and threading from ylg saloon at Star Mall kundhanahalli gate on 26/01/2024 .but without concern they did blowdry after root touch up hair wash and later add scalp shield add on and blow dry charges of Rs1100 and they claim this are add on for every root touch up customer .actual root touch up price is Rs1299+GST and threading upper lip rs60+GST but they took total Rs 2663 including GST . They haven't took concern and aware customer about extra charges I have done complain twice for same still no response from YLG kindly refund extra charges

        I subscribed for their beauty secret card last year. They said you load the money in the card and use it whenever you need to pay for service. Taking the card means getting various benefits like discounted price. They clearly said that when not in use you can block the card and the validity will be extended by the number of days you have blocked the card.

        Now, I am trying to temporarily block the card but no one is responding. There is no reply to emails to customer care and the store manager is saying he can't do anything.

        An amount of INR20000 is stuck. If it were a small amount I could just let go. Next recourse will have to be legal. Coz not only have they stolen from me but also taken away my mental peace.

          Hi,

          I have been a loyal client of YLG Adyar, Gandhinagar for the past 4+ years and I am seeing a strong decline on the service excellence of this particular branch . Since I thoroughly enjoyed your services at one point this decline is quite a setback for my postive view which I have for YLG salons
          Reasons being
          - non retaining and non recruitment of good and skilled staff . I have to inform one day in advance if I need specific hair colour or hair treatment as they have to bring staff from other branch .
          - for the last 2- 3 times I have been misinformed about the availability of a certain stylist with whom I am comfortable getting my services done . I am extremely specific about my stylist as I have sensitive skin and enquire a lot abt the process and products before I put them on my skin or hair .
          - neatness in the pedicure section and non availability of proper nail polishes for the past 1 year . They have a max of 10 polishes to choose from which is bare basic colours and nothing fancy .
          - on and off water issues in both pedicure section and hair wash section. Today ( 28/11/23) they had to use bucket and mug to wash my hair after root touch up which is unacceptable . I am letting chemicals on my hair and most basic expectation is water for hair wash .
          - Non- Availability of choices for premium packages for facial or pedicure . I have been doing the same pedicure and facial which is done for bridal packages because that’s the only one that is giving decent results .

          Above are the summary of my specific concerns and expect the management to look into this asap and resolve, as this industry is highly customer centric and I have seen much better service that lead me to take high value memberships in you salon . Such sloppy attitude of the person who is managing the branch will def lead to reduction of repeated clients and memberships including mine .

            On 9th September, 2023 I have taken a keratin smoothing treatment from YLG Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru 560076. On completion of the treatment I have followed the instructions advised by the hair stylist. After two weeks of continued care, I went to take a normal hair wash (as advised by the stylist) on 23rd of September which resulted curls on my hair. I reached out to the YLG consultants immediately but had not received any sort of advises or solution in regards to my hair conditions even after I have thorowly followed up. After three weeks, when I reached out to the Manager (Syed) and Area Manager (Rekha). They mentioned, the matter being discussed internally with the Trainer and co. It's been over a month now and I have had no solution. Reaching out for better customer service and morality. I need a solution on Rs. 7315 that I have paid for a service which wasn't apt.

              Complaint against YLG HSR sector 6 branch

              I have been a YLG customer for more than 8 years now. I had a horrible experience for the first time today. I had taken up eyebrows and Brazilian wax service from ylg HSR sector 6 branch today. The beautician named Jayashree, simply destroyed my eyebrows..She also messed up with the waxing too.               Today I went to YLG Marathali near star bazaar.
              We availed hair cutting services. First surprise was hair cutting was 950 plus taxes. After going for hair cut, the Stylist told that blow dry will be Rs 399 plus taxes extra which came as a shock as most parlors have blow dry in hair cutting.
              After doing hair cut for me and my daughter. I paid full amount including taxes by paytm and got 20% discount.
              I was not given the bill.
              Cashier said printer not working. You will get sms. He told to take picture of the computer monitor which did not have GST number.
              I did not get sms too. I went to other shops like Westside and came back to ylg and told cashier that I need GST invoice as I paid taxes.
              He gave lame excuses.
              I said without giving a bill the services are free and you should not charge me.
              He said you will get bill on Tuesday on whatsapp.
              I asked him why he is cheating. He said trust me. Also I never availed senior Stylist yet that was mentioned on computer monitor.
              But how can I trust you?
              You should give me bill for services I availed for Rs 3000 approx.
              Isn't this cheating?

              Please send me the bill by whatsapp or sms or email.

              Else I will escalate it further.

                Haircut went worst

                Today I visited ylg salon in Chandra layout branch for a haircut.
                I was served by Sukanya. Before starting the haircut, I had told my requirements clearly to her.
                She dint show much interest and she did the haircut very quickly, thus messing up my hair.
                Now neither I can leave my hair nor I can tie. There is no proper shape given and hair length is also too short.
                Kindly fix my hair. I know nothing can be done...

                Got my eyebrows and upperlip threading done. They charged a whopping 118 for upperlip threading.
                It's preposterous!!
                When 'shaping' eyebrows on both the sides is just ₹59, ₹118 for just plucking upperlip is absurd.
                There is not one salon where upperlip threading costs more than eyebrow threading

                  Dear customer care

                  This is to bring to your notice a severe concern or rather report a scam ylg is running and cheting it's customers.

                  I have been a loyal customer of ylg since 2010 . For the last many years I have been taking the highest denomination BSC card.

                  Your staff of brookefield manager Madhuriya have been denying me service on the pretext of appointments fully booked whenever I call for an appointment.

                  He had last year even rudely spoken to me that I should take the service from the ylg I bought the card from . ( Ylg varthur branch ) . Brookefield branch is closer to me hence I need the service from brookefield branch . However since I bought the card from varthur branch from narayna staff, he has expressed concerns on that . And now whenever I call for an appointment I don't get it .

                  As latest as today, I got a call from lady from brookefield ylg at 12. 40 pm asking if I need an appointment as they are running a scheme . When I said yes I want to get a facial and hair service done she enquired my name and I heard Madhuriya whispering at the back to say " mana kar doa . "

                  That lady got puzzled and she said mam I will check and come back in a min .

                  When after 30 mins back I myself called nd asked for an appointment she said we are fully booked for today and tmrw .

                  How can this be when you call me on your own for a service and later don't have appointment.

                  Like I said this has happened several times before and I wanted to complain but just bcoz I am too busy with my office and travel I left it . I ended up going to you star bazar branch and varthur .

                  But now I will not be quiet . I demand that a strict action be taken against Madhuriya including a tranfer of services or termination .

                  Or my full money with interest and inconvenience caused to me paid be back .

                  Or I be given appointment to brookefield ylg whenever I ask for . I am your premium customer by the sheer volume of business I give and loyalty from over 10 years .

                  Failing any of the above I would not hesitate to take this matter to all possible social media and consumer court .

                  The above has hurt me severely and I have been denied services which is my right . This amounts to fraud by ylg and staff .

                  Waiting for an immediate action and resolution.

                    We got a global hair color for my mother and they charged 5000 .But service was bad as the hair stylist did not do proper coloring and also was Arrogant.He spoke rudely and when we asked why coloring was not done properly he said it is problem with my mother hair and later said he did not do colour properly .The receptionist also agreed that it was mistake .

                      It’s Rekha, yesterday I had taken appointment for waxing on 26th jan 1:30pm, but was not possible for me so I called to postpone for 5pm. Due to my two wheeler problem on the way it was not possible for me to come on time. Already it was 5:45pm, when I went to salon pallavi refused to attend. If she was unable to attend she could have called me and informed about it. Always if a client has not come on time they have to check once, but I really felt bad for this .I know I was late but this is so rude, plz check for this bcoz so many times we have also waited for services .

                        YLG sold me an expired brightening moouse. The store incharge Hemant checked the product and still insisted his colleague to clear out the old stuff. This is very careless and 'dont care' behaviour. When I called and complained I was asked to come and return the product for a refund and I did that but so far I haven't recieved a call or status update on it. This is very poor customer service. I was assured a call back but nothing so far. Skin care products should be checked and certified before it's sold as it very very vital. This is negligence and bad attitude. YLG is a good brand but I'm surprised with this kind of customer care. Hope this is addressed on priority to ensure customer experience improves.

                          Hi,

                          Bindu here, I have been your client for more than 10 years. I made an appointment with your domlur Center on last Saturday at 1:30 pm. When I reached the center, there was a new joinee along with an hairstylist. There was no brochure of catalogue for me to choose from as the site was down and I could browse through the services. I was waiting for 15 minutes for them to return and then they blindly started with the services without any information or explanation about the servicesi asked. Then there was one lady who came and said she will start with the service. She took in a junior and started. She was extremely rude and inspite of me telling her that I want her to be slow she was very adamant and not accommodating at all. Even the facial was very harsh, the waxing was really very rough and finally the upper lip waxing was done very carelessly and then she started with the threading after the hot wax. It was unbearable. She has spoiled the shape of my eyebrows and was not ready to be delicate and I still have swollen eyebrows. This is the first worst experience I have had with YLG and I want you to take proper action about it. I come to parlour to relax and not get harassed and treated like a rag doll. Both the center manager and the beautician who did the service needs to apologize to me for their behaviour and the worst service ever till date. Such people will spoil your brand for sure.

                            I had taken the membership card from ylg Marathahalli star bazar in the month of December 2021. The manager said me that this card validity is for one year that's the only reason I opted for it. Now it's really a disappointment after I got to know it's expired When I visited ylg Sarjapur road salon. But when I purchased this card they said it's for one year and 13000 rs. Now it's expired in 6 months with unused amount. It's been 5 days I have raised the concern to ylg customer care through email and there is no response on the issue yet. Please help

                              I visited YLG Banashankari 2nd Stage on 3rd July and had global hair color root touch-up done. When I clearly told the hair stylist to do brown color he has mixed some base colour and left it on my hair for more time turning it to thick back colour on scalp and rest of my hair been light brown.

                              I repeatedly told the hair stylist to wash off my hair as it started turning black he ignored me and went on to do hair wash for another lady who had turned up without an appointment.

                              No store manager was available at that time to complain so I later called the store manager and complained and all he had to say is it will fade away after 2 washes and become brown, lol

                              I am not able to step out of home as my scalp has thick black color now and the rest of the length has been light brown and I am looking like a buffoon. This manager is saying not to step out until 2 hair washes so that color fades away. Does it make any sense??

                              Are asking the customer not to step out all because of your hairstylist’s fault as he left the product for too long????

                              I am your customer from past 5 years and is this how you treat them??

                                Hi team,

                                I have booked an appointment for a hair today i.e 4th July in YLG JP nagar 7th phase branch at 11.30 AM

                                When I entered to the saloon, the associate said it is booked online and no men hair stylist are available today.

                                This made me pissed and I would definitely recommend others to. Not to opt YLG for your services.
