On 9th September, 2023 I have taken a keratin smoothing treatment from YLG Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru 560076. On completion of the treatment I have followed the instructions advised by the hair stylist. After two weeks of continued care, I went to take a normal hair wash (as advised by the stylist) on 23rd of September which resulted curls on my hair. I reached out to the YLG consultants immediately but had not received any sort of advises or solution in regards to my hair conditions even after I have thorowly followed up. After three weeks, when I reached out to the Manager (Syed) and Area Manager (Rekha). They mentioned, the matter being discussed internally with the Trainer and co. It's been over a month now and I have had no solution. Reaching out for better customer service and morality. I need a solution on Rs. 7315 that I have paid for a service which wasn't apt.
