Ylg India — Complaint against YLG HSR sector 6 branch

I have been a YLG customer for more than 8 years now. I had a horrible experience for the first time today. I had taken up eyebrows and Brazilian wax service from ylg HSR sector 6 branch today. The beautician named Jayashree, simply destroyed my eyebrows..She also messed up with the waxing too. Multiple times applied wax, but could not peel off the hair. Finally she used thread to remove hair. Very unprofessional, and untrained staff they hired.

On pointing it out, she didn't agree. I called other staff then, they too didn't agree. To my surprise, they rather started arguing and humiliating me. Finally, one hairdresser agreed that it was the beautician's mistake. There was no manager in the salon to report the matter. I asked them to call the manager, who didn't pick the call. I got the the manager's no. from the branch, but the he/she never responded to my calls. I have recorded the entire incident on my phone. If required, I will share.
