YLG India — No response or ack on products ordered

Hi Team,

I had ordered loreal absolute repair shampoo and mask from their website on 3rd June. Payment was successful too but there is no acknowledgement or any update on the order. I have attached mail chain for reference. Despite of sending multiple mails to them there is no response, when I tried to contact them through the call they said drop an email again they will respond. But there is no response from YLG team. Also this is the second instance facing this scenario.
