YLG India — The front desk lady dont know to handle the clients

This is to bring to your notice that the RT nagar YLG is a place where I used to come from years. This time I got my mother . The lady who sits in the front desk has no patience. She just stresses the staff who does services and at the end the service is affected . We had to switch between pedicure and hair wash . My mother had to fall due to urgency . I am very disappointed. She needs to improve how to handle clients .her voice modulation is too high .
