Order no ynr0002579. I placed an order on 8 july 2020 for 6 items with a total cost of rs.1894. Recieved my parcel today (19 july 2020). There was an old cheap quality saree altogether different product than what i ordered. I think the seller is just sending random parcels just to provide shipping n tracking details to customer for name sake to get money from customers. Although cod was available but, product sent are never correct. The website that i ordered from : https://ynrlehenga.in is also shut now... Not working! There is no customer care number available on facebook market place (Ad from where i came to know about the website). Ad is also removed from facebook. There is no reply on customer care email id : Ynrlehenga. [protected]@gmail.com 4 days back an account was made on facebook : https://www.facebook.com/Ynr-lehenga-customer-care-number-[protected]-[protected...⇄ Posted my query on that account, still no reply.
