Yoc Loan — Fraud app

Mene 399 pay kiye mujhe 20000 ka offer dikhaya tha.. Ab mujhe koi paise nhi mile me kya karu mere paise dub gye mujhe costumer care no. Chahiye company se bat karne k liye.. Anyone help me please?
