Yonex Co Ltd Japan — Broken Racket


I bought the Yonex Muscle Power - 33 racket 19 days ago and while playing today the border of the racket broke down. It was really disappointing as I bought the highest level available for the racket in the market. I bought it from a sports shop in my hometown. They deal in all kinds of the products made by Yonex. I just want to resolve my problem and the shopkeeper told me to file a complaint regarding the racket. I have attached the copy of the invoice of the shop I bought my racket from.
Everything else of my racket is totally fine.
Date of the incident is 13 November, 2021. My invoice number is 6165. The resolution I want is to request a full refund for the product I bought.
