Yonex Racket head deformation

I purchased a Yonex Nanoflare 700 Play badminton racket on 24 April 2026 from an authorized Yonex store in Bengaluru.

After stringing and using the racket for approximately 8 days, I noticed that one side of the frame head started bending slightly and became asymmetrical. The issue is visible when the racket is placed flat on a surface, where one face rests properly while the other side does not sit flat.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Yonex badminton racket I purchased that is YONEX Carbon Graphite Badminton Racquet Astrox Lite 45I from a local sports shop named Madipakkam Sports, Chennai on 24th NOV 2O24. I changed the original gutting to BG-65 told the shop experts kept 27 lbs as the range matches the racquet. I took the racket out to play like asusual on 29th Nov 2024 morning and as soon as the shuttle touched the racket the entire frame of the racket collapsed in on itself. I accumulated my hard earned money to buy this racquet and was very excited to play with it but it broke so early and I feel disappointed and cheated. Despite being a new purchase, the racket broke within just four days of light use. I had taken great care to use it responsibly and as intended, and I am surprised by its lack of durability. I believe this may be a manufacturing defect, as Yonex is known for its high-quality products. I kindly request a resolution to this issue, whether it be a replacement, refund, under warranty.I have attached images of racket and bill of racket. I look forward to your reply and resolution of my issue.

    I purchased the above item online through flipkart dated 09.05.2024. Today the shoes looses its pasting
    such a bad quality of pasting is not expected the renowned brand like yonex

          It's been just 2 weeks since I purchased the shoes and I see a tearing point which is very delicate on my left shoe and multiple dirty wrinkles on both the shoes. The shoes also have caused slight injuries to my leg due to bad work done on the inside. I would like to have a quick solution for this.I would like to have a refund cause of the poor quality shoes even though they are worth 6k

            Dear sir/madam, I bought yonex shoes online in the month of june 2022 and its been hardly 3 months since the shoes is having problems. The shoe sole is teared off and i can't use them any longer for play as it's would probably tear off more and might lead to injuries as well. I always play on the indoor synthetic courts and having issues like this in yonex shoes is quite disappointing to see such issues in the shoes

              We ordered a shoe on flipkart on 3rd June 2022 and the same was delivered on 6th June 2022. The shoe's sole started getting delaminated on 10th August. We called Flipkart but they refused to provide warranty. Most of the brands are provinding warranty for 6 months to 1 year. We would like to bring this to your notice.

                  I have bought nanorat light 18i badminton racket from amazon on 30th march of 2022.
                  Since then i have used this racket only 3 to 4 time.
                  And the string is already broken from top of the frame...and frame is also screched from the top of frame.
                  It cost me around 1900 Rs/-.
                  As yonex provide one year warranty on it's every product.
                  I want replacement of my damged racket.

                    I bought the Yonex Muscle Power - 33 racket 19 days ago and while playing today the border of the racket broke down. It was really disappointing as I bought the highest level available for the racket in the market. I bought it from a sports shop in my hometown. They deal in all kinds of the products made by Yonex. I just want to resolve my problem and the shopkeeper told me to file a complaint regarding the racket. I have attached the copy of the invoice of the shop I bought my racket from.
                    Everything else of my racket is totally fine.
                    Date of the incident is 13 November, 2021. My invoice number is 6165. The resolution I want is to request a full refund for the product I bought.

                      I ordered Yonex Graphite Badminton Racquet Muscle Power 29LT Black
                      Grey (G4, 85-89.9 grams, 30 lbs Tension, Set of 1) from amazon.in for 1900 INR on 28/08/21 (Order Number:[protected]. It was a fake product as the racquet's rim broke after about just below two month of purchase. It was used moderately and racquet didn't hit the ground anytime. It was very disappointing as I had the same model of racquet before this one which lasted for more than 2 years. I have raised this issue with their customer service but got no response. They should take the responsibility for the quality of product delivered as customers trust in the brand. I want them to replace/return the item so that the lost trust can be regained. As a student in IIT Delhi I will not recommend yonex brand to my fellow students if this issue is not resolved ASAP.

                            I am a regular user of your brand yonex badminton shoes and rackets. I if not less, purchased around 15 pair of shoes since 2000. Never had any problem but this time i purchase a shoe for Rs 3450 on 7th of Nov 2020.
                            On 7th there was a district badminton tournament and in my category i lost my final due to the problem created by the shoe . The sole got detached from the shoe and i had to arrange the shoe from one of my partner which pinched my foot and my thumb nail got clotes and i had to quit in my second round.

                            How could the yonex shoe got shattered in one day .
                            I went to the shop on 9th of nov 2020, so i dropped the shoes for replacement and after two days they refused to get the shoe replaced and asked to complaint on customer care.

                            I talked to the number [protected], the lady on the phone complained that why did you purchase the shoe if they had only single pair of the shoe of that code. But if the no 8 shoe fits to my feet why should i audit how many no. of shoe do you have.

                            sir my concern is only to replace the shoe so that i am in a position to play my state tournament on 21st of Nov.

                            I am in service sector and have almost all brand service centers of Mobiles, can check on internet .
                            Hope you can understant that we do also provide good service to the customers.

                              I bought Yonex GR303 F racquet on august 11, the joint of the frame with the shaft has gone loose. I gets rotated while playing.

                                  4. I asked why he say i donot know i will not help u
                                  5 i said what should i do he said u must got the sms about cancellation i said no i didn't get
                                  6. I said please help he said so produly i will not do and we will not help u i said but why the seller rejected and no intimation, about he said u have check i said i am waiting for the pick up
                                  7. These call centre not give proper response

                                  this is not a good business practice they are cheating customer, neither they have informed the customer by call or sms that yr request is rejected,

                                  customer is waiting for the pickup, and sliently rejected the request

                                  cutomer can be always we loging to watch the notification

                                  when u intitiated to buy the product OTG confirnation is required
                                  when yr order accepeted the call will give for confirmation and sms to yr number
                                  when delvery guys come for delivery the call and sms will come

                                  but at the time of Return request rejeceted, No informatation will come

                                  This is a Frod case they just want to sell fake product and help the buyer to make money anf flipcart to earn commision, lets cutomer face the challenges

                                    I had purchased yonex badminton shoes from m/s silver sports, gol bazar sri ganganagar, before two months ago.

                                    The shopkeeper gave me guarantee of 6 months. But said shoes break after one and half month.

                                    I said to shopkeeper to replace it but shopkeeper refuse to claim the shoe without bill but bill of this shoes has been misplaced by me. Please help

                                      I have purchased Yonex badminton shoes on Sep 4th 16 at your dealer LANAI PRO SHOP in Bangalore Invoice no -POS4256 . The model number of the shoe is SHB 34JR the batch no is SHE1462 at the price of 2450 Rs .
                                      But within the use of 6months the shoe is getting torn out at the sides due to poor quality.so need warranty

                                        While playing suddenly my voltric 80 etune broke . Playing a stroke in air. Did not even clash or drop the racket on the ground. I have used soo many rackets of yonex did not ever happen this. Paying a lot of money for the racket and this happens to it. Without doing nothing it breaks. I bought this last month.How is this possible ? Feeling very upset after seeing it broken. Please do try to resolve this problem.

                                          I had purchased 1 badminton racket from local shopkeeper new ambika sports located on subhash road beed. The racket was of yonex company. I have purchased it for rs 1000. It cracked at the upper side of the handle on the first day only. The shopkeeper refused to replace it.Instead of it he talked rudely and gave reason of third party purchasing. I have doubt that the racket is not from yonex company. What to do in this case.

                                            I bought Yonex SHB 33EX, Black/Yellow color shoe, around 2 months back (approx 22 June 2015) from Champion Sports Pune, Aundh branch (Maharashtra, India). And i logged its first complaint on around 27 July 2015 about cutting leather in both shoe from front outherside (toe side). Champion Sports shop stitched it for 1st time, and its leather again got cut from same side with in two days. I want company to replace it.

                                              I purchased a Yon ex Z-force-2 racquet's from your authorised distributor two months back. When we purchased this, outlet told us in any condition if it got damage within 6 month we can replace it. Last week, while playing, my racquet's lost its shape and when I visited this outlets, he refused to replace it and told us to lodge complaint at customer care web site. If, the company would tell us then we will replace it Would request you to suggest us the way forward and resolve the issue.

                                                I purchased Yonex World Champ 85 Ltd JR Badminton shoes. this shoes Imported and marketed my Sunrise Sport India Pvt Limited UGF-62 WTC Babar Road New delhi-001101. Very next day shoes last tag hole breaks and after 2 months its pesting is opening. I connected it customer complaint no [protected] 3-4 times. but no clear cut solution some times they told about bill, and some times they told about they sell .... time pass but no solution in last 2 month of purchase.
                                                It is very unfortunate such big company doing service this way
