My badminton broke after 15-20 days .Half of its strings came off. I Ordered it from amazon and now I cannot return it as the deadline for return is gone.

    [Resolved]

    I have order Yonex Astrox Smash on after 38-40 days frame of my racket broke out without clashing, without hitting floor or any physical impact but in normal condition. Please replace my racket as soon as possible.

      I bought Yonex GR303 F racquet on august 11, the joint of the frame with the shaft has gone loose. I gets rotated while playing.

        model gr303. Complaint joint loose problem from t point . Plz refer what vl we do. I brought this racket from united sports sector 22, chandigarh. Yonex is very big brand thats y we purchase thats y racket but we had very bad experience with GR 303. hope you vl revert me or contact me .

          1. I bought an item which they claimed as a genuine brand eventually turned out to be a fake duplicate.
          2. I have put the reqwest on same date i got the confirmation id0d[protected] it will be picked on 8feb
          3 till date no pick up, i called flipcart exe he say the seller rejected
          4. I asked why he say i donot know i will not help u
          5 i said what should i do he said u must got the sms about cancellation i said no i didn't get
          6. I said please help he said so produly i will not do and we will not help u i said but why the seller rejected and no intimation, about he said u have check i said i am waiting for the pick up
          7. These call centre not give proper response

          Please return it

          they are saying seller can reject the return request

          this is not a good business practice they are cheating customer, neither they have informed the customer by call or sms that yr request is rejected,

          customer is waiting for the pickup, and sliently rejected the request

          cutomer can be always we loging to watch the notification

          when u intitiated to buy the product OTG confirnation is required
          when yr order accepeted the call will give for confirmation and sms to yr number
          when delvery guys come for delivery the call and sms will come

          but at the time of Return request rejeceted, No informatation will come

          This is a Frod case they just want to sell fake product and help the buyer to make money anf flipcart to earn commision, lets cutomer face the challenges

            Dear sir,

            I had purchased yonex badminton shoes from m/s silver sports, gol bazar sri ganganagar, before two months ago.

            The shopkeeper gave me guarantee of 6 months. But said shoes break after one and half month.

            I said to shopkeeper to replace it but shopkeeper refuse to claim the shoe without bill but bill of this shoes has been misplaced by me. Please help
            Me in the matter.

              While playing suddenly my voltric 80 etune broke . Playing a stroke in air. Did not even clash or drop the racket on the ground....

              I had purchased 1 badminton racket from local shopkeeper new ambika sports located on subhash road beed. The racket was of yonex company. I have purchased it for rs 1000. It cracked at the upper side of the handle on the first day only. The shopkeeper refused to replace it.Instead of it he talked rudely and gave reason of third party purchasing. I have doubt that the racket is not from yonex company. What to do in this case.
