Yonex Co Ltd Japan — Worst experience with yonex shoes and that too of high end


Dear team
I am a regular user of your brand yonex badminton shoes and rackets. I if not less, purchased around 15 pair of shoes since 2000. Never had any problem but this time i purchase a shoe for Rs 3450 on 7th of Nov 2020.
On 7th there was a district badminton tournament and in my category i lost my final due to the problem created by the shoe . The sole got detached from the shoe and i had to arrange the shoe from one of my partner which pinched my foot and my thumb nail got clotes and i had to quit in my second round.

How could the yonex shoe got shattered in one day .
I went to the shop on 9th of nov 2020, so i dropped the shoes for replacement and after two days they refused to get the shoe replaced and asked to complaint on customer care.

I talked to the number [protected], the lady on the phone complained that why did you purchase the shoe if they had only single pair of the shoe of that code. But if the no 8 shoe fits to my feet why should i audit how many no. of shoe do you have.

sir my concern is only to replace the shoe so that i am in a position to play my state tournament on 21st of Nov.

I am in service sector and have almost all brand service centers of Mobiles, can check on internet .
Hope you can understant that we do also provide good service to the customers.
