You Scod 18 — facing tremendous problems since last 2 to 3 months.

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am anubhuti sharma, a resident from ongc colony, vidhyavihar (East), mumbai. The chembur office of youscod operates the cable system of the entire colony. My cable operator, jaggu is creating so many problems since the last so many years. But i am complaining against him now, as i gave many chances to him and the youscod office. No person attends to us nicely at the youscod office. Jaggu comes at the right time to collect the money and doesn't give us the bill and the receipt. He has taken the amount in march 2019 and no proper channels are coming since then. Whenever i call him, he says, "ho jaayega ho jaayega" and the problem is not fixed. He came yesterday and told me that dont call me this much, i get frustated.

I really want that my problem should be solved today otherwise my money should be given back. If it doesn't happen, then i may take a serious action. Contact me as soon as possible. Otherwise i will throw the machine out. It has been a huge stress for my family and the whole colony. No one is happy with the service provided by you. I hope that you will understand and take some serious action soon.
