We had taken a cable connection HD and a normal set top box. We paid for both these set top box by cash. After 5 to 6 days the HD box stopped working and we told the same to the operator. He changed the set top box. Again after 3 months the HD box stopped working. Now the Cable operator has taken the box but never came back with a new one. When we call him he either says I will come or just hangs the phone. Also tried calling his supervisor,...

WE ARENT GETTING ESPN STAR SPORTS CHANNELS SINCE 3 WEEKS. THE OFFICIALS OF THE CABLE OPERATOR ASSOCIATED WITH YOU SCOD 18 ARE IGNORANT AND HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY SAY. THEY MAKE ANY FALSE REASON. WE ARE PAYING THE DUES BUT GETTING SUCH A SERVICE...
