Yourchoiz — Received damaged product and the company in not replacing the product and not picking up calls

I purchased a refrigerator from YourChoiz but the product is damaged and not functioning from the day it reached my home. As per the agreement 1 year warranty but not getting any service assistance from the company and they are not allowing to replace the product.
