I purchased a company damage new Realme washing machine and refrigerator on 1st June. The refrigerator is totally not working, the washing machine is making huge noise and water is coming out not in the drain pipe. On 1st June itself complaint was raised but till now no response from the salesperson or by the service team. None of them are ready to take responsibility by not taking the call the salesperson, manager incharge, or by the service...

Bought used double door fridge. They delivered and told not to switch on for two hours and left with full payment. After two hours we switched on but it was not working. I call them to take back but a rude lady told me to see the bill where no refund or return is written. But they gave this bill only upon delivery. Strategic thievery. Scamsters. No technician also came.
Can someone please help....

They do something every time and said it is ok now xyz was the problem
It’s been 2 months I bought the refrigerator they are not giving the permanent solution

I purchased a refrigerator from YourChoiz but the product is damaged and not functioning from the day it reached my home. As per the agreement 1 year warranty but not getting any service assistance from the company and they are not allowing to replace the product....

We bought a new fridge and immediately we checked the vegetable pot was sticked with fevi quick..how can one manage to clean it also two racks were missing in the fridge and even the freezer door was very hard to open n other fridge door was stick to it so it was also not working... We gave complaint the same night but no one came and every day new excuses were given and give new number everyday... Even dat person was not helping... They took our 6, 500 rs and product didn't worked a single day. Very very worst service plz don't go with them and dont buy anything from this shop...

I bought a second-hand washing machine from yourchoiz store on 22/06/22 they had delivered me on time but the washing machine was not working so I requested for service people to visit and check but it's been 4 days they haven't visited my house for repairing the washing machine. I'm calling them daily and they are saying they will visit, but they are not every day they are fooling me that they will visit, and also now they are not responding to my calls.

We purchased a second-hand fridge from their shop. But from day one it is not working. They send a technician who opens the fridge and cleans it only. And instead of waiting for it to work and check, he runs away saying it will work definitely.

They sold me a used fridge during lockdown, now it's been 2 months m trying to follow up with them, but no response. Everytime they have a new excuse. I tried visited there office, the google location is wrong too. I have bill too, but not able to attach because of the size. From two months they are making reasons, sometime the technician is out of town, or he got into an accident, or the office is closed, or the manager is not there to consult, etc etc.
