Worst then the Nightmare, Have taken full money before our travel for the specific hotel and sightseeing in Hongkong, but nothing was booked and paid. At the last moment, On the day of travel, Changes our hotel, no booking and payment made for hotel, no sightseeing, no one at the airport to receive. We in the unknown country were making arrangements of our own.
No refund given, uses abusive language.
Before making payment, they were so nice eap. MR. ROHIT, who use to call evry now and then asking for payment and details. After making payment, they just mailed us bogus booking voucher with no confirmation of booking and at the last moment tells that booking not confirmed hence changing hotel. At the airport, no one came to recieve ua.. We by own somehow reached hotel. Unknown country n unknown language made it a nightmare for us which we can't forget ever.
Even after making full payment to them, we were made to paid for sightseeing and and all other tickets.
