I am writing to make a complaint against Ypay apps regarding a transaction made on my account. I made a payment of 99 Rupees for a Ypay card with the transaction ID[protected], but I have not received the card. My registered mobile number is 834...53.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I have not received the product I paid for and this is unacceptable. I hope to receive a resolution in a timely manner.
