On 7th Dec 2015 a complaint was lodged under Ticket No 1770372 about malfunctioning/non functionality of certain process/parts of the handset. Company responded initially and advised certain operations considering the fault as software based. But once it is clear that problems relates to Hardware, they have advised to keep the set ready for a swap on 17.12.2015 under ORDER#:DL[protected] and WAYBILL#:[protected] of "Delhivery " their official couriers.
Since then things have come to stand still despite their call center called in on 11.01.2016 and assure that the set will be replaced with in 10 days.
Since the et is still under Guarantee looking for a replacement with extended guarantee or Cash refund for the faulty product/service .
