On 7th Dec 2015 a complaint was lodged under Ticket No 1770372 about malfunctioning/non functionality of certain process/parts of the handset. I, Hareesh Kumar K had given my mobile (Yu Yuphoria YU510) for service on 02.11.15, On contacting several times, there is no response from their end.
Supposed to delivered my device within 07-15 days, but till now i have not received.
