Yuvaraj — Money debit but not sent to credit

Payment mode: INTERNET BANKING INDIAN
I have make payment successfully money also debit in my account but, after i check my status of application it also make payment.
I conduct university tell money have debit to IBIBO web pvt ltd.my amount can't refund in my account please help to refund money
