An appeal on behalf of Pallikaranai online payment residents!

100% true incident - Wrong due date reflecting in online bill payment site ! - unable to make right payment on right due date - regret to say that an un necessary mislead to consumers.

I am residing at Jeeva Nagar of Pallikaranai. Last date for making payment fixed by TNEB for first & second bills (details furnished below) were mentioned as 01.02.2016 on the online payment website which is absolutely misleading and erroneous attitude.

When I tried to make online payment on 26.01.2016 for my first bill thro' IDBI Gateway, but the website not accepting payment for the same and imposing to pay for the second bill also which is not at all due at that date. Approached tneb helpline but no rectification response from them.

My second bill is due for payment only on 15.02.2016, when it is so then why the board is forcing online payment consumers to make payment for both bills on 01.02.2016 thro' its online portal?

1. My Bill Dt. 24.11.2015 Consumption period 26.09.2015 to 24.11.2015 due date for payment mentioned in bill is 01.02.2016 and
2. My Bill Dt. 25.01.2016 Consumption period 24.11.2015 to 25.01.2016 due date for payment mentioned in bill is 15.02.2016 only as mentioned in TNEB for both bills.
