I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the e-commerce website Zaavio (https://zaavio.in) for deficiency of service, violation of declared return policy, and non-responsiveness, causing financial loss and mental harassment.
I have purchased a product from zaavio.in. the order number is :[protected] amounting 699. the order booking and delivery was so promt that just by clicking on its ad, i got order confirmation notification with COD and consequent delivery next day. As the product quality was very bad, i have sent a mail requesting return of the product next day that is on 13th december 2025 and also tried calling on the listed number on the website but got no reply.
Despite multiple attempts:
• Sending emails to their official email ID
• Repeated follow-ups
• No functional customer support number or grievance redressal mechanism
I have received absolutely no response from the seller.
There is no proper contact point except an email ID, which is being deliberately ignored.
This behavior indicates:
1. Violation of Consumer Protection Act, 2019
2. Unfair Trade Practice
3. False and misleading return policy
4. Deficiency in service
5. Possible intent to cheat consumers after collecting payments
The seller is continuing to operate the website and collect money from customers while systematically avoiding returns and refunds, which strongly raises suspicion of an online shopping fraud.
I respectfully request the concerned authority to:
1. Direct Zaavio to immediately process my return and issue a full refund of ₹ 699
2. Take strict action against the seller for misleading claims and unfair trade practices
3. Investigate the website for possible fraudulent activities
4. Ensure such sellers are prevented from exploiting other consumers
