I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the e-commerce website Zaavio (https://zaavio.in) for deficiency of service, violation of declared return policy, and non-responsiveness, causing financial loss and mental harassment.
I have purchased a product from zaavio.in. the order number is :[protected] amounting 699. the order booking and delivery was so promt that just by clicking on its ad, i got order confirmation notification...

online purchase of monocular telescope

Item Name: MONOCULAR TELESCOPE (Mobile Phone Telescope, ) order No.[protected] date 31/01/2025,
They supplied on 5th Feb 2025, cash on Delivery, paid an amount of Rs999/- as per their website one can return in 5 days' time from receiving an item. I sent mail to Zaavio, vide their email "'[protected]@zaavio.com" on 6th and 7th for return and refund no reply. I am not able to contact them
I request the consumer forum to take action on this since still there is time which will over on 10th Feb (5 Days return time).

I have placed an order for Panzeo which was being advertised through FB channel from Zaavio, thinking that this Pan with 4 non-stick slots looks amazing and without knowing that this product is available on other websites for a lesser price, I have ordered the same through Zaavio for COD.
I received the product on 2nd April 2024, I opened the courier package and found its a cheap replica of Panzeo - it might be worth Rs.150-
I have paid the courier person Rs.999- for the Order Placed though Zaavio.
I have taken pictures of the product received and immediately tried to contact Zaavio but they only complain form to be filled and email ID.
I have sent on both the channels about my complain on 02April2024 and also on 10April2024, but till date their is no response from Zaavio.
I would like to request Zaavio to Refund my money because I have waited quite a long period for a response from Zaavio.
Kindly, help me in this matter.

I'm complaining about zaavio they are not responding for my return
I ordered a product from zaavio and it delivered with in 4 days and when I saw the material is very cheap quality then I want to return this I emailed many times to zaavio but they are not responding please don't buy any thing from this website

My name is shiva singh my contact number [protected] I placed an order on zaavio.com of safety shoes - Neotough™ Air UK10 through Cash on Delivery. They confirmed the Order on email on 23 Jan 2022 (through Zaavio.® [protected]@zaavio.com via shopifyemail.com) stating-

I received the order on 28jan 2022 but the shoes do not have Premium steel toe guard (without which the safety shoes have no purpose).
I tried to find contact details on their website but strangely they mentioned no phone number, no address, no email id but only [protected]@zaavio.com.
I mailed on this Id for the return of the product and refund but did not receive any response.
I have tried to search for their contact details on various platforms but they provide none.
The item they sent is of no use to me. I expect its return and refund of the amount I paid.
