I booked a product called Self Defense Stick or Hand Pointer Extendable Telescopic Retractable P (https://zaavio.co/products/forgee-fb?_pos=1&_psq=sti&_ss=e&_v=1.0) after looking at their website and opted for cash on delivery. However, when I received the product, I was in complete shock as this received product is not the same product shown on their website at all. I told them either they provide me with the similar product or give me my money back, but they are not answering. This is pure cheating and fraud.
