Few days back I ordered a product, on receiving it I observed that it was of low quality and I want to return it back . So I wrote mail to zaavio for the same. Its being more than 8 days I didn't get revert back .

I ordered men's stylish sandle shoes under order number[protected]. The quality of product i recieved was not good. I mailed them on email id [protected]@zaavio.com. but they did'nt respond. This type of company must be closed....

I ordered Elastic Mens Track pants from Zaav, io under order no[protected] on Feb 18th 2025. The products turned out to be of very inferior quality and I sent them information of returning and refunding the amount the day i received the product i.e Feb 23 2025. There has been no response from the company, The phone no. given on their site turned out to be fake too.

I ordered a Magnifone Screen Amplifier, from Zaavio website and received damaged product. I sent them email requesting for a replacement and haven't received any response from them, even on following up about the same.

Our product is not working and damage please return...

They dont have any customer care no and i have sent multiple emails. But, they dont respond. I ordered on sept 29, but the order still remains undelievred with no update from zaavio about it.
If its a fraud store, how come they are still hosting website and collecting payments.
They are just receiving payments and not processing orders...

I ordered my tactical pant (XXL) on 15th October 2024, it’s price Rs. 1249. 13 days now and there is no response from Zaavio on my order. I am chasing with them on their email address [protected]@zaavio.com but no response.
Cheat company, need to block their domain web sites to prevent from this online fraud....

I am seeking your assistance in resolving an issue with my purchase from Zaavio. On August 20, 2024, I ordered a 2-in-1 Vacuum Cleaner for 799 INR, trusting that the company was reputable. The product arrived around August 26, but unfortunately, it was defective and did not work, even after being charged overnight.
I have made multiple attempts to contact Zaavio through their website and email, but I have received no response. Their advertised phone number is also non-functional, and despite their claim of a 60-day money-back guarantee, I have not been able to get any assistance.
I first requested a replacement and, after receiving no reply, requested a refund. However, Zaavio has been entirely unresponsive. I am deeply frustrated by their lack of communication and failure to address this issue.
I kindly request your help in resolving this matter by helping me to obtain a full refund.

I have ordered the turbo Whistle from zaavio.com but it was literally used product and the colous was also unmatched, I just want my refund but they are not replying to any of my mails

This Zaavio is fraud according to it has sent fake information email suject to placed a order and tracking the order, we even don't know what is even this Zaavio then knew that it was a very big fraud so please take action.

The claim that Zaavio makes by advertising their vest for people having belly is absolutely false and fraud. The videos shown in the promotional videos is false and they are looting people. Please take action on Zaavio for this fraud

I ordered the body shaper but size is too small now i have to return it. but there is not answering the mail.

Next day after placing my order it got canceled but even after 7 working days no refund....

I ordered the woid grainer as per your advertisement buy one get one free, where as l recieved only one piece of woid grainer.

I have placed an order from Zaavio company, I have received the wrong products I have also mailed two times him for complaint, there is no response. This company does fraud with people, this company should be shut down.

It's been 2 months, since i placed my order in Zaavio.Still now no reply from them. It's a fraud company.Its not less money to leave it like that.Please take some action against this.

I ordered from zaavio and I didn't get any
Option to return the order and they didn't respond to my mail.

They are delivering fake products. I purchased exhaust from their website and it was fake product. Now i have tried to contact them but no reply and no other contact information has been provided by the zaavio. Please ban this website immediately. file a case 420 on the website owner.

I had ordered Trimmer. But this company delivered cleaning mop..I had complaint very much on their website. But their is no reply. So how can I refund my money.

I want to return the product but they are cheating with no reply for mails and not providing any details or procedure.

They provided advertisement on the site about the shoes is waterproof, fireproof, strong. But actual delivered product is the fake one.

I had ordered for safety shoes from zaavio, but I received canvas shoes
I had returned that product to the address which is given by zaavio
Their mail confirmation recd that they had received that product
But still they did not gave any refund or replacement

Zaavio sells fake products. I have ordered stockzio pack of 6 steel framed storage boxes but i received polyethene saree covers. They have not provided any link to check and they are not even replying emails. They immediately deactivated my confirmation link to view order which was on my email after delivering fake product. Very bad behavior. They should be banned from all social platforms.

I received worng product from zaavio.com.. They provide us wrong pictures and send very bad products.. I ordered bags pack of 6 with steal frame 999 rupees.. But they send polythene bags which was not more than 100 rupees. I send them msg on their official website but they didn't respond.. They are fraud.. I seen them on insta ad.. I want my money back.. Plzz ban them from insta or other sites.. They are fraud and cheated on many people.

I had ordered for Stokzio (pack of 6 boxes) from Zaavio (Order No.:[protected] & Invoice ID: 25324AACS007111). But the one I received is not the one. It is totally a different product. First order from Zaavio disappointed me. I believe either I may get the replacement or the refund.

Sir I had bought shoes from zaavio.com, so they delivered duplicate shoes. Then I called their customer care then they said we will put you payment, for this you should have phone pay or google pay. From which your payment will come in it. Then they sent an otp to my number, after that a link came and said, fill this link and send it back Then I sent that link back, then they filled out a form from me. The name of that form was form.app . I put my bank details in it and upi pin as well.
Then he said that your payment will come in a while. But the payment did not come. Then I called and said that I am not going in this, try it from my account. Then I did that too. But they could not get the payment because there was no itta payment in it.
Now tell me what should I do.

Ordered a anti glare shield for cars on zaavio paid through upi was told they will not be able to deliver it and will refund the money but they have suspicious ways for refunding
Initially I was asked for a verification code later they asked me to forward some info to a number they would forward
When I asked why refund process is so complicated and asked him to refund it like how Amazon or flipkart does the caller unable to convince me on the process declined to refund.

I ordered steel toe shoes from zaavio for work, I ordered for uk 7 but instead got uk 6 and without the steel toe and very poor quality. Now they are not responding to the emails and their contact number is not available. No refund or replacement, nothing is available.
