Zaavio — Fraud,access account

Sir I had bought shoes from zaavio.com, so they delivered duplicate shoes. Then I called their customer care then they said we will put you payment, for this you should have phone pay or google pay. From which your payment will come in it. Then they sent an otp to my number, after that a link came and said, fill this link and send it back Then I sent that link back, then they filled out a form from me. The name of that form was form.app . I put my bank details in it and upi pin as well.
Then he said that your payment will come in a while. But the payment did not come. Then I called and said that I am not going in this, try it from my account. Then I did that too. But they could not get the payment because there was no itta payment in it.
Now tell me what should I do.
