I am seeking your assistance in resolving an issue with my purchase from Zaavio. On August 20, 2024, I ordered a 2-in-1 Vacuum Cleaner for 799 INR, trusting that the company was reputable. The product arrived around August 26, but unfortunately, it was defective and did not work, even after being charged overnight.
I have made multiple attempts to contact Zaavio through their website and email, but I have received no response. Their advertised phone number is also non-functional, and despite their claim of a 60-day money-back guarantee, I have not been able to get any assistance.
I first requested a replacement and, after receiving no reply, requested a refund. However, Zaavio has been entirely unresponsive. I am deeply frustrated by their lack of communication and failure to address this issue.
I kindly request your help in resolving this matter by helping me to obtain a full refund.
