Sub : Cheating of Zaggle team for refund my money
Dear Sir,
I am Mr . Pothireddy Srinivasulu from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Reg: I have purchased he Zaggle gift cards in Zaggle site vide order no : 681868, dated[protected] amount of Rs : 49, 300/-. Due to some issues i have cancelled the Zaggle gift cards. I have called so many days to Zaggle team, but they are not giving the refund amount to my account. Then i raised a complaint on Consumer forum and Banking ombudsmen. Zaggle team got a complaint mail from consumer forum and they contacted me through phone and they requested me, pls withdraw the complaint and company reputation will go bad. We will refund the cancellation amount based on i have withdrawn the complaint at consumer forum and i have received a mail from Zaggle team on[protected] stating that we will refund your money with 2 to 3 working days.
Still now i didn’t get my money to my account. I am contacting with Zaggle team on daily basis for refund back my money and they are not responding.
Again i have raised a complaint with consumer forum and Banking ombudsmen. They are provided the complaint reference no : 597375 dated[protected].
In this regard Zaggle Company and call centre and Backend team cheated me for giving the refund amount.
I am residing in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. so i have raised a complaint through mail due to long distance and i am a middle class person and due financial problem for coming to Mumbai to register a complaint at directly at police station.
In this regards i request you to kindly help me for refund my money and kindly solve my issue. Please find the below address of the Zaggle company and phone no. Please find the below attached screenshot also.
